Watermelon diet
This diet, as most mono diet not encouraged to pursue longer than 5 days. During this time the body get rid of slag, of excess water and salt accumulation.
You must eat the watermelon 5-6 times a day. For this, watermelon should be at the rate of 1 kg per 10 kg of body weight per day. That is, if you weigh 75 kg, you will need to apportion the 7.5 kg watermelon at 5-6 parts.

Dinner: watermelon, should be at the rate of 1 kg per 30 kg of your weight.
Remember that you can not take a watermelon diet with stones in the kidney, sugar diabetes, severe pancreatic diseases.
