Diet the Hope

It's a one week diet.
The diet is based on the use of fruits and vegetables. For a week the use of this diet you can lose weight on 3-5kg.

Excluded from the menu of coffee, tea, pastries, breads, baked goods, cakes, sugar, potatoes, cereals, pasta.

Sample menu for the day:

Breakfast:
salad from any seasonal vegetables, with olive oil and lemon juice, a glass of mineral water.
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of lean meat or fish, stewed vegetables , mineral water or juice.
Afternoon snack: fresh seasonal fruit.
Dinner: salad of vegetables and herbs.
Before going to bed: apple, cucumber.

In this diet there is a lot of fiber, so it should be applied with caution when  diseases of the gastrointestinal tract!
