Vegetable diet perfectly fit for lovers of vegetables

You need to eat vegetables up to 1.5 kg per day. You can apply this diet for a few days or month. Weight Loss guaranteed (3 - till 6  kg per month), and how much persistent will be the result   - depends on you.

Recommended products: fresh vegetables (carrots, courgettes, green beans, cucumbers, lettuce, pumpkin, potatoes, corn), fresh fruit (apples); lean milk, yogurt, kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese, oatmeal or corn flakes, rye or corn bread .

Approximate day's menu

1-and breakfast: salad of grated carrots, oats and corn flakes with milk.
2-nd breakfast: cucumber.
Lunch: salad of any vegetables and  2 boiled potatoes with vegetable oil or sour cream, a piece of rye bread.
Snack: Sweet red pepper.
Dinner: salad of any vegetables with oil.
