The three-day diet

After these  three days of diet must be followed four days of normal eating (without overeating). Diet convenient and relatively easily portable.  It is also important to eat moderately in the other four days  and not try to "compensate"
This diet, though low-calorie (approximately 900 calories per day),  is transferred quite easily.

Day 1:
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of bread, 2 tbsp. tablespoons peanut butter or jam.
2nd Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit.
Lunch: 1/2 cans of tuna in oil (tuna), 1 slice of bread, 4 radishes.
Dinner: 100 g (wet weight) chicken without skin and fat, 1 cup of cooked green beans, 1 cup of cooked beets, 1 crisp bread. Chicken chop finely, add 1 h. spoon of soy sauce and, stirring constantly, quickly fry in a dry frying pan.
Before bed: 1 small apple.

Day 2:
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea without sugar, 1 egg (in any form - boiled,  in the form of an omelette), 1 slice of bread.
2nd Breakfast: 1 banana.
Lunch: 1 cup  curd cheese, 4 radishes, fennel, 5 crackers.
Dinner: 2 sausages, 1 cup of cooked broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 crisp bread. Option - can be replaced by broccoli + 1 cup carrots on dietary borscht.
Before going to bed: Tea, 2 prunes.

Day 3:
Breakfast: Black coffee or tea without sugar, 5 crackers, 1 slice of cheese.
2nd breakfast: 1 small apple.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 cucumber (fresh or salted), 4 radishes, 1 slice of bread.
Dinner: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 cup of cooked beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 crisp bread. Option: tuna replaced by 200 g (wet weight) of chicken, prepared as described above.
Before bed: 1/2 small melon or a small apple.

This diet can be repeated many times, until you have achieved the desired results.  And don't forget about drinking - 6-8 glasses of plain water a day.

I would like to know, please, in what form to use as Cauliflower and heat omelet with or without butter? Thank you for caring!

At Teflon pan you can heat omelet without fat! If the regular pan, you have to add one tablespoon of vegetable oil... but it would be better without. Cauliflower can be either cooked or raw, crude me even more like it
