Four-days Diet
The four-day diet is very effective and low-calorie .
First day
Breakfast: 1 orange + 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 cup of black coffee.
Lunch: 8 prunes, soaked in water.
Dinner: 1 egg + 1 orange.
Second day
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + a piece of low-fat cheese.
Lunch: 1 egg + 1 orange.
Dinner: 1 pear + 1 glass of milk.
The third day
Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea.
Lunch: 1 tomato + cucumber + 1 piece of cheese.
Dinner: 1 cup of milk.
Fourth day
Breakfast: cereal with juice or milk.
Dinner: 1 cucumber + 1 tomato.
Dinner: 2 oranges.
