Lunch: grapefruit and vegetable salad seasoned with lemon juice (any non-starchy vegetables + dill or parsley). Portion 250 g, coffee or tea.
Dinner: meat boiled or roasted on the grill (150 g wet weight), green salad with lemon juice (200 g), tea with a spoonful of honey.
Breakfast: grapefruit or juice from it + 2 eggs (not fried), green tea, coffee without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit + 50 g cheese (preferably 20 - 30 percent fat), can be replaced with 150 grams of low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner: Grilled or poached fish - 200 grams, a large salad of green vegetables dressed with lemon-olive dressing (ie teaspoon of lemon juice and the same amount of olive oil) + a piece of black bread or crisp bread (20 g).
Breakfast: grapefruit or juice from it. Two tablespoons of oatmeal or cereal with a couple tablespoon of raisins - a triple milled nuts (except peanuts) with the addition of low-fat yogurt or milk (4 tablespoons).
Lunch: grapefruit, a cup of vegetable soup with two crackers.
Dinner: half a grapefruit (eat before going to bed), 200 g chicken (grilled or boiled), 2 baked tomatoes. Tea.
Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice, boiled egg, green tea with lemon.
Lunch: grapefruit + big salad of carrots or green vegetables (cucumber, pepper, celery, lettuce, broccoli, etc.) with lemon-olive dressing + piece of bread or toast.
Dinner: boiled or stewed vegetables - cabbage, beets, carrots, celery, zucchini. You can apply any combination except potatoes and corn (maximum 400 g). Tea. Before sleeptime - a glass of grapefruit juice or fresh grapefruit.
Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or green tea with lemon.
Lunch: Baked potato with a big salad of cabbage or any green vegetables (200 g).
Dinner: beef steak (200 g) or chicken (250 g) or fish (250 g). Baked tomatoes or tomato juice. Before sleeptime - grapefruit juice.
6 and 7 day can select any of the foregoing. Every day, when you have a strong sense of hunger, can be added between the main meals a glass of kefir, apple or an orange, and 1 teaspoon of honey as a sweetener of tea once a day. Only green tea with lemon! Coffee - brewed or espresso only. Before sleeptime you can eat only grapefruit! Better to withstand 5 hours after each meal. Salt better restricted, and used only in moderate amounts. Salt can be replaced by dry herbs. Sauces are prohibited. Spices better to forget temporarily, except red pepper. The fish can be used from cans, but only in their own juice (preferably tuna). Herring and mackerel, as well as other fatty class must be forgotten. Meat lean, respectively.
