20 day diet
Do not drink: alcoholic beverages, sweet water (kola, orangade, ets.).Do not eat: potatoes, sweets.
Course: 20 days, hungry days are not repeated. Cooking on vegetable oil only.
You can make used of separate meals if you want to keep your body after a diet.
After a diet you can eat everything though small portions. And preferably every day eat 200 grams of low fat cottage cheese.
For 20 days you will lose weight by 12-15 kg.
Day 1, Day 2 (hungry):
1 liter of nonfat yogurt or skim kefir, in the evening - 1 cup tomato juice(without salt) and a little slice of black rye bread (25-30g).
Day 3, Day 4 (protein):
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee without sugar, 1 slice of rye bread(25-30g), 1/2 tsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. honey.
Lunch: 1 cup low-fat meat or fish broth, 50 g of boiled meat or fish, a slice of rye bread(25-30g), 2 tbsp. canned green peas.
Snack: 1 cup tea with 1 tsp. honey
Dinner: 1 slice of boiled meat or fish, or 50 grams of lean ham, or 2 boiled eggs, or 50 g of cheese + 1 cup nonfat yogurt, 1 slice of rye bread(25-30g).
Day 5, Day 6 (vegetable):
Breakfast: 2 apples or 2 oranges.
Lunch: 1 cup vegetable soup without butter, salad or raw cabbage or vegetable stew(150-200g), piece of rye bread(25-30g).
Snack: Any vegetables.
Dinner: any vegetable salad with a slice of rye bread(25-30g). (you can eat a large bowl of cabbage salad with 1 tsp olive oil, apple vinegar and 1-2 tsp soy sauce)
To repeat the third day.
