Low-salt diet

This diet is effective and often appointed doctors for patients with obesity. It helps to remove excess water from the body, to normalize the functioning of the heart and kidneys.


  1. During the cooking does not add salt. To make it taste, you can add a pinch of salt immediately before eating. Daily eating of salt should not exceed 3-4 grams. 
  2. Try to reduce the amount of food which is eaten at one time, but increase the number of meals to 4-5 times. 
  3. No excess, after meals must be feeling light starvation. 
  4. Daily you need to eat protein - up to 130 grams,  fat - up to 90 grams, carbohydrates - to 120 g.

Recommended products:

Fat meat and fish, soups fat, not more than 200 g of rye or wheat bread, vegetables, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, beans, courgettes, carrots, eggs, cottage cheese, tea, coffee (potatoes, beets and dairy products can be, but some) .

Prohibited products:

Bakery, pasta, jams, sugar, grapes, bananas, spices, pickles, bacon, chile and sour dishes, fruit, grains.
