Diet for healing ulcers of the stomach and duodenum # 2

If ulcer disease progression is hard, severe pain are concerned, it is best to stick to this diet.

Diet for 2 days for up to 1 person. The meal portion sizes comes around. Can they reduce or increase, depending on self-perception. 

FIRST DAY

Breakfast:

  • sandwich (white wheat bread with butter) - 1;
  • yogurt - 100 g;
  • mineral water without gas - 200 ml.

The second breakfast:

  • soft-boiled eggs - 2;
  • rice porridge - 150 g;
  • fruit puree - 100 g;
  • milk - 200 ml.

Lunch:

  • chicken soup - 250 ml;
  • cutlets;
  • boiled noodles - 100 g;
  • white bread - 1 slice;
  • fruit souffle - 100 g;
  • apple puree - 100 g;
  • dried apricots (softened in water) - 3 pc.,
  • milk - 200 ml.

Snack:

  • cutlet cooked in the steam - 150 g;
  • potato puree - 150 g;
  • white wheat bread - 1 slice;
  • raisins (softened in water) - 40 g;
  • broth of dog-rose - 200 ml.

Dinner:

  • boiled beef - 150 g;
  • soft-boiled eggs - 2.;
  • vegetable salad - 150 g;
  • white wheat bread - 1 slice;
  • fruit soup - 100 g;
  • milk - 200 ml.

SECOND DAY

Breakfast:

  • sandwich - 1,
  • mineral water without gas - 200 ml.

The second breakfast:

  • omelet (of 2 eggs) cooked in the steam;
  • semolina porridge - 150 g;
  • tea and sugar - 200 ml.

Lunch:

  • vegetable soup - 300 ml;
  • minced beef - 150 g;
  • green peas - 100 g;
  • potatoes cooked in the skin - 100 g;
  • white wheat bread - 1 slice;
  • fruit jelly - 100 g;
  • tea without sugar - 200 ml.

Snack:

  • oat porridge - 200 g;
  • white wheat bread - 1 slice;
  • milk - 200 ml.

Dinner:

  • boiled fish - 150 g;
  • vegetable puree - 100 g;
  • soft-boiled egg - 1 pc.;
  • white wheat bread - 1 slice;
  • milk - 200 ml.
