Diet of France's Nutrition Institute
Diet is a slow weight loss, but the process is a continuing one: you lose some of the excess weight of 300 g per day. Daily rations of about 1300-1500 kcal. This diet can be used within 2-4 weeks.
Approximate menu of the day
Breakfast: black coffee, bread 50 g, 50 g bryndza.
2 nd-breakfast: one apple.
Lunch: 100 g boiled or roast meat without fat (on the grid).
Snack: one apple.
Dinner: 100 grams of meat, 2 potatoes, a cup of coffee.
It is possible during the day, add a glass of milk and an additional 50 g of bread.
