Grapefruit Diet
This diet averaging removes 3 - 4 kg per week, a vitamin. Contraindications only one is not, after seven pm.
day 1
Breakfast: grapefruit juice or from the same without sugar, two pieces of ham weight of 25 g (without white fat hems), coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit and vegetable salad refilled lemon (not any krahmalistye + green vegetables). Portion 250 was coffee or tea.

Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or tea with lemon.
Lunch: baked potatoes with a salad of cabbage or any green vegetables (200 g).
Dinner: beef steak (200 g) or chicken (250 grams) or fish (250 grams). Baked tomatoes or tomato juice. At night or grapefruit juice.
6 and 7 day can select any of the above optional. Every day when strong feelings of hunger can be added between the main techniques for food glass kefir, apple or orange, and one tea spoon of honey as sweet tea every day.
