Diet for healing ulcers of the stomach and duodenum # 1

This diet can be used if the patient feels no pain and no Vomits, belch and no other symptoms.

Diet for 2 days for up to 1 person. The meal portion sizes comes around. Can they reduce or increase, depending on self-perception.

FIRST DAY

Breakfast:

  • soft-boiled eggs - 2.
  • white bread - 1 piece
  • fruit soup - 100 ml

The second breakfast:

  • boiled beef - 100 g
  • buckwheat porridge - 100 g
  • white bread - 1 piece
  • tea without sugar - 200 ml

Lunch:

  • vegetable soup - 250 ml
  • boiled fish - 100 g
  • boiled potatoes - 150 g
  • white bread - 1 piece
  • plums - 3 pc.
  • fruit compote - 200 ml

Snack:

  • sandwich (white bread with butter) - 1 pc.
  • peach - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 100 g

Dinner:

  • cabbage - 150 g
  • boiled beef - 100 g
  • white bread - 1 piece
  • figs - 4
  • fruit souffle - 100 g
  • milk - 200 ml

SECOND DAY

Breakfast:

  • scrambled eggs - 2
  • white bread - 1 piece
  • fruit jelly - 100 g

The second breakfast:

  • rice porridge - 150 g
  • beef cutlets - 100 g
  • white bread - 1 piece
  • coffee with milk - 200 ml

Lunch:

  • milk soup - 250 ml
  • cutlets - 100 g
  • potato puree - 100 g
  • pear (soft) - 1 pc
  • apricots - 3 pc
  • yogurt - 100 ml
  • tea with sugar - 200 ml

Snack:

  • dried apricots (softened in water) - 7 pc
  • sandwich (white bread with butter and cheese) - 1 pc
  • fruit soup - 200 ml

Dinner:

  • rice porridge - 150 g
  • steam fish - 100 g
  • white bread - 1 piece
  • apricots - 6 pc
  • milk - 200 ml
